I’ve spent the last two decades working on complex problems — building products, navigating uncertainty, and collaborating with cross-functional teams where trust and communication matter as much as technical skill. Over time, I’ve come to enjoy the human side of that work most: helping capable people make sense of where they are, where they want to go, and what might be getting in the way. In the sessions I offer, I support experienced professionals as they clarify their direction, rebuild confidence, and translate what they already know into something that moves them forward — whether that’s preparing for an interview, working through burnout, or finding their footing again.
"I worked with Andrew years ago at Apple, and even then it was clear he had a real gift for career coaching. He consistently made time to listen to my ideas, offered thoughtful and constructive feedback, and, most importantly, made me feel genuinely believed in and seen. That belief wasn't performative; it showed up in the opportunities he created for me, even when it wasn't his job or responsibility to do so.
Because of his support and guidance, I met influential people through his consulting services, which led me down a path where I was able to step into a role I never would have imagined for myself based on where I started. He has a rare ability to see potential before you fully see it yourself and to help you grow with both honesty and care. Additionally, his insights into interview practice and job interview coaching were invaluable. I can't think of a better person to have in your corner as you navigate your career, especially in the field of technical program management." - Jess M.
"I worked closely with Andrew at Khan Academy, where he provided invaluable career coaching and consulting services during multiple transitions. He has a rare ability to meet people where they are, thoughtfully guiding them toward where they need to be, whether it's through interview practice or job interview coaching in the realm of technical program management." - Lourdes M.
"From his professionalism in and around the office, and dedication to quality results, Andrew sets the bar for what great project management needs to be. In our years working together, Andrew taught me how to navigate the technical landscape with confidence and efficiency by sharing his expertise with me." - Azadeh H.
I offer focused, one-on-one coaching sessions lasting 45–60 minutes, designed to be practical, thoughtful, and tailored to where you are right now. Our conversations are confidential within legal and ethical limits, and meant to be a space where you can think out loud without performance or pretense. After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up email with notes, reflections, and concrete takeaways you can actually use.
Most importantly, you’ll be working with a warm, engaged professional who’s genuinely in your corner — someone who takes your goals seriously and wants to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I’m not a therapist, and my work isn’t therapy or therapy-adjacent. While career questions often overlap with stress, identity, or burnout, I don’t provide mental health treatment or clinical support. I also don’t offer legal, financial, or medical advice. What I do offer is practical career coaching rooted in real-world experience — focused on clarity, decision-making, communication, and momentum. If something comes up that’s outside my lane, I’ll say so, and I’ll always encourage you to seek the right kind of professional support when it matters.
